Under no legal theory and under no circumstances, will Hello Skills or any of its shareholders, directors, telesales, sales reps, course writers, course creators, employees, third party content providers or the Hello Skills offices and buildings, be liable for any damages, including incidental, consequential, punitive, indirect, special damages of any kind, including without limitation, individual users/departments actions as a response to any course content, damages for cessation of work, computer/technical device breakdown or malfunction, loss of goodwill, loss of technical data, loss of productivity and output, loss of contract or all and any other commercial losses or damages.
As an individual subscriber, you have unlimited access to all Hello Skills courses for 1 user.
As part of an organisation, you have unlimited access to all Hello Skills courses for a set number of users (minimum of 2).
The price covers access for a 12-month period. Payment is non-refundable and paid in advance. In the event that payment is not made, Hello Skills has the right to make your account inactive. Your account will be suspended in an inactive state for 90 days prior to deletion. Following deletion all certificates and associated data will be lost.
Your contract will auto-renew after your initial 12 months has ended. If you do not wish to renew, you need to inform Hello Skills one calendar month prior to the renewal date and on the day of your account termination all certificates and associated data will be lost.
Hello Skills allows the addition of extra staff to your subscription, if needed. Your subscription will simply be increased by the number of users you request, and your future payments will be increased to reflect this.

At times, the Hello Skills system may require updates and/or changes to reflect our user’s needs, thereby maintaining a high standard. Due to this, on rare occasions, the system may be unavailable for a short period of time.
Hello Skills has the sole rights to any publication of Hello Skills content. Publication by any individual, or third party, of any part, or whole of Hello Skills content, including course information, final tests and answers, in any form, is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Team and Enterprise Subscriptions:
If a user leaves a business that has set up an account with Hello Skills, the employer has full control of the account, which means they can remove users at any time. The users will be given the opportunity to take ownership of their account via an individual subscription.
If neither the business nor employee wish to continue the subscription the account will be suspended in an inactive state for 90 days prior to deletion. Following deletion all certificates and associated data will be lost. Once a user’s account has been deleted, we cannot recover their data.
The E-Learning agreement is held between Hello Skills and the business – not between Hello Skills and the employee. Hello Skills will therefore not honour any agreements made between the employer and the employee.
Hello Skills will not tolerate any verbal, or written abuse, and reserves the right to delete single users, or full settings, as appropriate.
No person at Hello Skills is obliged to deal with any customer over the phone, or in e mails, who is exhibiting threatening, insulting, abusive behaviour, or using acoustic shock.
If unacceptable behaviour persists, then the call will be terminated and any detail of the call logged.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If a customer expresses dissatisfaction, then this will be dealt with seriously and passed immediately to the Directors for their prompt response.
